Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $299.00 and above (after discounts and before taxes).
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Please note that the total time to receive your order includes two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Processing Time: This is the time it takes for us to verify your order, conduct quality checks, and package your items.

Standard processing time is 2 – 4 business days.

Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package from our warehouse to your destination.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: From the moment you place your order, you can expect to receive your package within 7 to 16 business days.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your order. Nagave is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, carrier delays, or high volume) may occasionally delay shipment. If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.
