Cancellation Policy

At Nagave, we pride ourselves on our speed and efficiency. Our team works hard to process, pack, and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new rug without delay. Because of this fast turnaround time, we have a specific window for order cancellations.

1. Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Before 24 Hours: If you contact us within this window, we will cancel your order immediately and issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

  • After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order has likely moved into the processing or shipping phase. At this stage, we can no longer accept cancellations.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately:

  • Subject Line: “Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]”

  • Please include your full name and order number in the email body so we can locate your transaction quickly.

3. If You Miss the Cancellation Window

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you are not stuck with the item. You will need to:

  1. Wait for the package to be delivered.

  2. Initiate a Return Request in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy].

Important Note: If the order was shipped before you requested a cancellation, you (the customer) will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend checking your order details carefully before purchasing to avoid unnecessary shipping fees.

4. Refused Packages

Please do not refuse the delivery at the door unless explicitly instructed by our support team. Refusing a package may result in the item being lost by the carrier or incurring additional “Return to Sender” fees, which will be deducted from your refund. Please accept the package and follow our standard return process.
